Enjoy a well-maintained outdoor area, including a dome housing a SPA for 6 people equipped with numerous jets. Three one-hour sessions per couple are included during your stay. Nearby, an above-ground pool of 15 m³, available only from June 15 to September 15, awaits you for moments of relaxation. The spacious and bright gite, with an area of 85 m², features a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a lounge area with sofas and television. On the ground floor, you have a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. Wi-Fi internet connection is also available. For families with babies, suitable equipment such as cots and high chairs are available on request. A washing machine is also at your disposal. The beds are made up with sheets and duvet covers to welcome you upon your arrival. For activity lovers, several mountain bikes of different sizes are available free of charge. Nestled in the heart of the Pays de Brocéliande, this charming stone cottage, adjoining the owner's house and another 4-person gîte, welcomes you along the Saint Meen-Médréac greenway. You are offered free adult and children's bikes for rides on the greenway. Surrounded by a vast landscaped area of 4,500 m², this place invites you to relax and play, with a swing set, ping-pong table, badminton equipment, and a pétanque court. For moments of relaxation, you can enjoy the wellness area with a SPA under a dome. The gîte is arranged over two levels: On the ground floor, there is a warm living room with a lounge area, featuring a wood stove suitable for large logs, and a fully equipped kitchen area.
